How to Join PST
Please call the registrar if you have any questions about registering your swimmer at 778-3096
1. Fill out the PST Team registration form

2. Fill out the 2008 USA Swimming Application (choose year-round OR seasonal).

(Sept 1, 2008-Dec 31, 2009 new members only)
2009 USA Swimming Application - Seasonal
3. New swimmers must provide a copy of their birth certificate that will be kept on file.
4. Send a check payable to PST

Year-Round Fees = $77.00
($57.00 for USA/AZ Swimming + $20.00 for PST annual registration dues).
Seasonal Fees = $57.00
($37.00 for USA/AZ Swimming + $20.00 PST annual registration dues)
