How to Join PST
Please call the registrar at 771-0592 if you have any questions about registering your swimmer.
1. Fill out the PST Team registration form

2. Fill out the 2010 USA Swimming Application (choose year-round OR seasonal).

3. New swimmers must provide a copy of their birth certificate that will be kept on file.
4. Send a check payable to PST

Year-Round Fees = $78.00
($58.00 for USA/AZ Swimming + $20.00 for PST annual registration dues).
Seasonal Fees = $58.00
($37.00 for USA/AZ Swimming + $20.00 PST annual registration dues)
