helps teen conquer K-T
Talin
Boyadjian turned 16 recently. “Turning 16 is
usually a big deal,” Talin’s mom Kohar says.
“But for us it’s really a big deal because she’s
here.” Talin nearly died last year after a blood
clot in her leg traveled to her heart and lung,
causing her lung to collapse. There’s no doubt
in the high school junior’s mind that swimming

No, it isn’t the Grammys, Emmys or even the
Oscars. It’s the fourth annual Golden Goggle
Awards. On Nov. 18, Hollywood celebrities,

come together at the Beverly Hilton to honor
